LastPass for Mac 3.2.0 is available now as a free download for Macs running OS X 10.8 or later. Data is encrypted using strong and bullet proof algorithms, and the password protecting a document is not saved in any place. It can also be configured to start automatically when the user logs into their Mac. The app also provides options for logging off automatically after certain conditions are reached: idle time, locking the computer or launching the screensaver.
